Motorola Atrix 4G dock pops up at 60 price

The specialized dock for Motorola's Atrix 4G may have been given its official price early through a listing at a third-party retailer. Fommy lists the Multimedia Dock as costing $60. It doesn't have a ship date but would presumably come in sync with the Android smartphone's release, possibly on March 1 for AT&T.

The dock is considered a mild bargain as it not only has HDMI for HD video out but can turn the Atrix 4G into a makeshift computer. It includes two USB ports to attach a mouse and keyboard for Webtop, a mode that gives the Atrix a windowed interface and a much more desktop-like experience. The ports can also keep the device synced and powered off of a desktop or notebook.
