Sony Ericsson Xperia Play commercial outed
A TV commercial for the upcoming Xperia Play from Sony Ericsson has been found online thanks to Droid NYTT. The video shows the Android mascot get some stitched on thumbs for gaming for the PSP-style controls. The so-called Playstation phone is expected to make its official debut at Mobile World Congress show later this month.
The unofficial specs include a 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon CPU, a backside touchpad and the PlayStation buttons, as well as the ability to play PlayStation Suite games made for Android. A five-megapixel camera with 720p recording is expected to be onboard, along with a four-inch touchscreen that borrows some technology from Sony's Bravia HDTV sets.
