ZTE Skate flagship introduced at MWC, due in May

China's ZTE took the opportunity at MWC to show off a new flagship, the Skate. The skateboard-inspired device will run on Android 2.3 and sport a 4.3-inch touchscreen. It houses an 800MHz CPU tied to an Adreno 200 GPU.

Other features include a five-megapixel camera, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and assisted GPS functionality. It will weigh just 120 grams. Supported bands include 900, 1,800, and 1,900MHz GSM/GPRS/EDGE frequencies along with 900 and 2,100MHz HSDPA/UMTS bands.

The phone will ship in May to worldwide markets, though specific providers or prices haven't yet been revealed.
