HTC Thunderbolt ship date pushed to February 28?

The HTC Thunderbolt smartphone may not arrive at Verizon as soon as originally believed, on February 24. Instead, the handset may now arrive February 28, according to a reportedly reliable source for the AndroidGuys. Reasons for this delay, however, aren't known.

The handset resembles the Desire HD but gets an LTE modem. It has a 4.3-inch touchscreen and there is a rear-facing eight-megapixel back camera and a VGA front camera. Processing power comes from a 1GHz, second-generation Snapdragon. Pricing for the device could be very high, at $250 on contract.
