Fujitsu Win 7 tablet coming to Europe in April

Fujitsu plans on bringing out a new tablet as one of the few to use both Windows 7 Professional and an Intel Atom Oak Trail processor. The device will be aimed at the enterprise market and as such, will get a fingerprint reader. It will also have an SD card slot and a trusted platform module (TPM) for corporate buyers worried about security.

The 10-inch LCD touchscreen will work with both a stylus or fingers. The choice of storage will include 32GB or 64GB solid state drives, while a 3G module will be optional, along with a USB port. Battery life is claimed to be eight hours.

The tablet will be unveiled at CeBIT in Germany next month, and is expected to appear in European stores this April, though prices should be announced later this week. [via PCWorld]
