1200 dpi optical engine, uses just one AAA battery

Taiwan-based accessory manufacturer Genius has added a new model to its notebook mouse lineup with an accent on style. The Navigator 905 Vogue is a three-button (two plus scrollwheel button) RF-based mouse featuring a 1,200-dpi optical engine, "Magic Roller" scroll-wheel technology and a two-in-one storage slot for both the included pico USB dongle (for machines that do not have on-board RF capability) and the stick-n-go mount that allows the user to simply "attach" the mouse to the laptop for easy portability.

The company claims the 1,200-dpi BlueEye engine is precise enough to allow the mouse to be used on almost any flat surface, including marble and glass. It features frequency-hopping technology to avoid interference with other 2.4GHz wireless devices, an extremely small Pico USB dongle and an on-off switch to conserve battery power. The mouse itself uses just a single AAA alkaline battery (included).

The Navigator 905 Vogue is compatible with Mac OS X 10.4 or higher as well as Windows XP and later, and is available from the company directly or through retail resellers for a suggested retail price of $45.
