Motorola Xoom with 3G reaches UK for 600

updated 10:30 am EST, Thu March 3, 2011

3G Xoom tablet shows up in UK store for $976

The Motorola Xoom tablet with 3G has now shown up for pre-order online at UK retailer Carphone Warehouse. The price tag, at 600 ($976) tax-inclusive, is 100 ($163) more than the Wi-Fi-only version that appeared on PC World just yesterday. No shipping dates are available for the Xoom at Carphone, but it is expected to come sometime early in April, just like the 3G version at PC World.

The Amazon site in Germany is also offering the 10.1-inch, Android 3.0 tablet. There is no mention, however, whether it's the Wi-Fi or 3G version, however, though the 700 ($969) price tag hints at a 3G variant.
