PlayBook confirmed for Bell through Source flyer

Page four of the latest online flyer reveals that the BlackBerry PlayBook tablet will soon be sold at The Source. What this also means is that Bell will carry the tablet, as the chain is owned by the Canadian carrier and only advertises and carries devices for Bell, Virgin and Solo Mobile. Exactly when the RIM tablet will arrive or what it will cost isn't being revealed, however.

Thus far, only Rogers officially confirmed it will carry the PlayBook tablet in its stores., while Wind is working on getting the tablet. Mobilicity and Telus both want to offer the device as well, though nothing has been made concrete.

According to RIM's European Managing Director, the tablet will arrive in North America later this month, though this isn't yet being made very public. When it does, the basic device without a 3G radio may cost as little as $500 without any subsidies, according to a leak from Office Depot. [via MobileSyrup]
