New Nokia E6 leak reveales more specs, photos
A new leak from MyNokiaBlog shows off more photos of the upcoming Nokia E6 smartphone. Unlike the black version from a previous report on the handset, there is now a white model on show. The Symbian phone will get a 640x480 capacitive touchscreen in addition to a QWERTY keyboard, much like classic E60- and E70-series phones.
Out back, there is an eight-megapixel camera with 720p HD video recording capability. There is also a microUSB port for charging in place of the old 2mm socket and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Conspicuously absent are a dedicated camera button and HDMI output. The Symbian^3 platform has been slightly modified to suit the 4:3 ratio display, which hasn't been used yet since the revamped OS has been available.
Despite the leak, ship dates or prices for the handset remain unknown.
