New add-ons for the iPad 2 offer protection, style
The two main accessories a new iPad 2 owner would be looking for right after buying would be a screen protector (to help cut down on the smudginess of oily fingerprints) and a protective case for transporting the iPad 2. Among the many companies offering these, new items from Moshi and Mivizu fit the bill, with a "no-bubble guaranteed" screen protector and Smart Cover-style magnetic case, respectively.
Moshi, which has made a name for itself in stylish iDevice accessories, now offers the iVisor AG for iPad 2 ($30), a sequel to their popular screen protector for the original iPad. It features an anti-reflective matte finish that reduces both glare and smudging while retaining the capacitive touch-screen compatibility.
Unlike most other screen protectors, it is removable and re-appliable for cleaning, and features a rigid rim to ensure a smooth, easy application without the possibility of "bubbles" of air. Precise cut-outs fit the home button, microphone and front-facing camera. It's available in both black and white versions.
New York-based Mivizu has a full-grain leather case for the iPad 2 called the Mivizu Sense ($30) that goes one step beyond Apple's own Smart Cover by offering not only the hermitically-enclosed magnets that keep the case neatly closed and puts it to sleep automatically -- waking the instant the cover is removed -- but also protect the back of the iPad as well. The cover, as with Apple's offering, folds to become a keyboard stand or to sit the iPad upright.
The Sense comes in five colors: black, grey, lime green, pink and seurat blue and is available now through Amazon, Overstock and Walmart.

WHY???
Do they ruin their cases by cutting a whole for the Apple logo???
