New value-added update for gTablet

Fresh from receiving a hack overclocking its chip to 1.4GHz, Viewsonic has pushed an over-the-air (OTA) update to the device. Among the new features added, includes Adobe Flash support, USB keyboard and mouse drivers and an energy saving screen lock. Users will be prompted by a notification to update up rebooting or powering on their device.

Once users tap the notification icon, the update will download and install automatically. Alternatively, it can be installed manually by selecting the Updates icon from the program launcher.

Other enhancements to arrive in the update include support for external docking stations, International cities available in the Weather app and Spanish and French language support.
