Droid 3 parts show up for sale by OEM supplier

A purported OEM parts supplier, Global Direct Parts, is already selling what it says are parts of the upcoming Droid 3 smartphone from Motorola. The photos of the screen and top half kits available on the website certainly match up to those leaked of the upcoming handset, and their availability indicates Motorola is ready to sell the device. Unofficially, it's expected to hit store shelves late this summer.

The parts are out of stock, however, and the listing also makes mention of the Targa handset. This is confusing, as the two phones are separate entities.
Finally, the listing, if real, confirms that the touchscreen is sized at four inches and has a resolution of 540x960. [via Droid-Life]
