HTC Doubleshot details revealed, 3D display?

The HTC Doubleshot may be badged the myTouch 4G Slide when it lands in stores, according to PocketNow. It is expected to run Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) and become available on the T-Mobile network at the end of July. A leaked ROM for the device has also yielded a few more details of the forthcoming QWERTY slider.

Now confirmed, the device will sport a Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM8660 1.2GHz dual-core processor matched with 768MB of RAM. It will incorporate a 3.7-inch display while packing an 8-megapixel rear-facing camera. Connectivity will include HSPA+ 4G speeds of 14.4Mbps as well as Bluetooth 3.0. It will support 1080p 3D recording and codec for 3D playback which suggests that the device may also include a 3D-capable display.
