Best Buy Cellebrite system shows Droid 3, X 2

The anticipated Droid X 2 and Droid 3 smartphones from Motorola have shown up again, this time in Best Buy's Cellebrite system. The screen capture below reveals the model numbers of the handsets, with the Droid 3 going by XT862 and the Droid X 2 getting the MB870 moniker. The listing also hints that the phones are very near a release, perhaps in a matter of weeks. The Droid X 2 is expected to arrive later in May, according to unofficial rumors.

The Droid 3 was expected to come out slightly later, though the recent uncertainty related to the Droid Bionic could mean Motorola has moved up the 3's release date. It's likely to get a four-inch touchscreen along with a front-facing camera.
