Altec shows portable Orbit notebook speakers

Altec Lansing has unveiled its Orbit USB Stereo speakers for notebooks. They connect and get power using a notebook's USB connection and attach together for better portability in a bag. The cord is contained within when locked together as well.

The speakers also have retractable legs. No other specs, such as power ratings, were released, however. The Orbit USB Stereo ships later in May for $50.
