Panasonic debuts Lumix FH7 touchscreen camera
Panasonic has unveiled its Lumix FH7 16-megapixel camera. The device is entry-level point-and-shot 3.5-inch touchscreen device allows users to enable Touch Auto Focus (AF), Touch Zoom, Touch Shutter and Intelligent Scene Selector by touching its capacitive display. In playback mode users can drag the image across the screen with their finger to browse the collection of photos, while also allowing onboard touch editing of photos.
The Lumix FH7 incorporates a retractable high-quality 28mm wide-angle LEICA DC lens with 4x optical zoom and HD video capabilities that record in 1280x720p at 24fps. The shutter release time lag is a fast 0.006 second, while it ships with 84MB of internal memory to supplement SD cards if needed.
The Panasonic LUMIX DMC-FH7 will be available in black. Pricing and availability will be announced 30 days prior to shipping date.
