Dev makes WP7 aping music app for Android

Android phone owners who wish to have a more Windows Phone-like experience, at least in appearance, now have the option of doing so, thanks to a program from Federico Carnales. The maker is the same one behind the Launcher 7 app (free, Android Market). The skin only works for the music player, and mimics the respective Windows Phone 7 interface nearly perfectly, as Engadget illustrated. The similarities are strong, especially with the app still in an early alpha build.

Last.fm scrobbling and playlists are present, though the ability to sync with Zune software as expected isn't. The program can also be used with Android 3.0 or 3.1 tablets, as seen below.

Microsoft is likely to object to the unnamed program's existence but hasn't issued a final response.
