Zinio brings 24 magazines to Android Market

Digital publisher Zinio has announced that it has brought 24 popular magazines to the Android Market. The digital releases span a wide range of genres and subjects, with titles such as Rolling Stone, Road & Track, ESPN The Magazine, Harvard Business Review, Men's Fitness, and Robb Report, Popular Mechanics, Outside, Motor Trend, and Home Theater, among others.

Along with the standard magazine content, certain titles, such as Marie Claire and Seventeen, also will offer interactive features such as embedded video and social-networking functionality. The digital editions are optimized for Android 3.0-based tablets, however the magazines are also accessible from select smartphones running v2.2 or 2.3.

The magazines are now available through Zinio's app in the the Android Market. Users who download the app before June 15 can access the latest issues of each magazine for free.
