Device represents HTC's rebranded Doubleshot
HTC's Doubleshot handset, which is expected to be rebranded as the myTouch 4G, appears to have arrived at the FCC for certification. Corroborating earlier reports, the tests point to support for GSM 850 and 1900 Bands, along with WCDMA band IV, which points to T-Mobile as the likely carrier. Although the documents do not point to a specific name for the QWERTY-slider device, the label image shows the same model number as the Doubleshot.
Earlier reports suggest the handset will pair a dual-core 1.2GHz Snapdragon processor with a 3.7-inch display. Other features are expected to include 768MB of RAM, an eight-megapixel camera, and 1080p video recording in 3D.
T-Mobile has yet to announce the myTouch 4G Slide. [via Wireless Goodness]
