T-Mobile myTouch 4G Slide seen live for first time

T-Mobile's oft hinted myTouch 4G Slide has been spotted in the flesh for the first time through a leak on Thursday. The blurry shots show the QWERTY slider taking design cues from the touch-only myTouch 4G but are most notable for the software. The version intercepted by BGR is running the very latest version of Android, the video chat-capable 2.3.4, and has the same HTC Sense 3.0 custom interface as a flagship phone like the Evo 3D.

The tipster indirectly helped confirm that it's using a dual-core 1.2GHz Snapdragon, noting that it ran as quickly as the Sensation 4G and was noticeably faster than the single-core, 1GHz original myTouch 4G. An eight-megapixel camera was already expected, though some more extreme rumors of a glasses-free 3D screen were shot down.

A finished version of the Slide is tentatively set to drop sometime in the first two weeks of July.
