Droid Bionic surfaces in another image leak

updated 09:05 pm EDT, Mon June 6, 2011

Bionic pictured with Blur UI

Just hours after Motorola's Droid Bionic appeared in image leaks, the device has been spotted in the wild yet again. The latest pictures show the handset running Android 2.3.4, with a revamped version of Motorola's Blur overlay. The notebook-style dock is also pictured, along with the interface that displays on the larger screen.

Unnamed sources have told Phone Arena that the latest pictures show the newer Targa model. The design is significantly different than the Etna edition that was allegedly scrapped early in development. Other reports suggest the Targa is a completely different handset that will not arrive with the label Bionic.

The device is said to integrate a 4.5-inch qHD display and a dual-core processor, though further specs remain unclear. Reports disagree on the camera sensor; earlier posts claim eight megapixels, while the latest points to a 14-megapixel component.
