Atrix 4G drops to $100 at AT&T, dock to $300

The Motorola Atrix 4G smartphone can now be had for $100 on a two-year contract at AT&T. This is half the price of the handset when it was originally launched in March, suggesting sales are less than stellar. The phone’s specs are certainly attractive enough, with a 1GHz NVIDIA Tegra 2 processor and 4-inch touchscreen.

There is also 1 GB of RAM onboard and 16GB of internal storage. At the same time, the optional keyboard dock accessory for the phone was reduced to $300, down from the original $500. It effectively turns the phone into a small netbook, as it sports an 11.6-inch display. Either price is the lowest so far for a new Atrix 4G handset and dock.
