myTouch 4G Slide to have customized Sense UI

T-Mobile's upcoming myTouch 4G Slide got much a much clearer preview Sunday that explained it beyond the basics. While it was already known to be running Android 2.3 with HTC Sense 3.0 on top, a TmoNews source said should have some "specific myTouch features" rather than just mirror the stock interface. The keyboard is also believed to be "amazing" and compare well to the outgoing G2.

The new myTouch is expected to get much more importance than the G2 or the original myTouch 3G Slide. A dual-core 1.2GHz processor, an eight-megapixel camera, and a front facing camera all promise to be upgrades on either of the phones.

Most rumors swirling around the 4G Slide have the new Android phone shipping sometime in the first half of July. T-Mobile is likely to price the phone at its higher end $200 on contract.
