HTC Evo 3D sales start early for Sprint Premier customers

3D Droid phone has $200 price with 2-year contract
Sprint is offering the HTC Evo 3D to its Premier customers 3-days ahead of its scheduled June 24th release date. The Android-based 3D smartphone is available today to these loyal Sprint customers. Price has been set at $200 with a new or extended two-year contract.
The Evo 3G was unveiled at CTIA in March. The phone features a autostereoscopic 540x960, 4.3-inch display, which can show 3D without glasses It can record 2D videos at 1080p. The processor is a Qualcomm dual-core 1.2GHz asynchronous Snapdragon. The CPU automatically downclocks one of the cores if it isn't being heavily used, improving the battery life.
The phone comes loaded with Android 2.3 and HTC's Sense UI, which optionally can launch apps directly from the locked screen. [via Engadget]
