Sony Ericsson txt, focuses on messaging
Sony Ericsson has introduced its latest feature phone, the Sony Ericsson txt, which is an entry-level sister phone to the recently unveiled txt pro. The phone is geared towards users who are focused primarily on using the phone for communication and socializing. In addition to a full QWERTY keyboard and SMS shortcut key, the phone also includes a ‘friends’ app allowing users to get the latest Facebook and Twitter updates at a glance for their top five friends.
The Sony Ericsson txt centers on a 2.6-inch display, is Wi-Fi-enabled and also incorporates 3.2-megapixel rear camera for still and video imaging. It also includes a media player and supports Bluetooth stereo with A2DP for remote controlling music with a compatible set of Bluetooth headphones. It also includes a wide range of standard utilities including an alarm clock, calculator and calendar.
The Sony Ericsson txt will ship this fall and will come in a range of colors including blue, white, pink and black.
