Jabra Easycall, Cruiser2 BT gear to AT&T stores

Bluetooth headset maker Jabra on Monday began shipping its new Easycall device at AT&T stores. At the same time, the company has released its previously introduced Cruiser2 in-car speakerphone with voice controls. The new EasyCall is meant for first-time Bluetooth headset users and uses a DSP chip to clean the sound.

The EasyCall can connect to two Bluetooth source devices at the same time and has automatic volume control. Voice Guidance informs users of battery level and connection status without having to take it off and look at the status icons. Caller ID is also spoken to the user to help gauge the importance of a call.

The Easycall headset is priced at $32, while the Cruiser2 costs $80.
