Notebook offers Intel Wireless Display tech
Acer has expanded its notebook lineup with the Aspire 5755, a midrange device geared for multimedia purposes. The computer can be purchased with a range of Intel's Core-series processors, including the i7-2820QM, while graphics are handled by NVIDIA's GeForce GT components with automatic switching between discrete and integrate hardware for power optimization.
Customers can choose from configurations with as much as 8GB of DDR3 memory and 1TB of storage. The 15.6-inch display offers 1366x768 resolution, though users can also utilize external monitors via HDMI or Intel's Wireless Display (WiDi) technology.
