BlackBerry Bold 9930 shows with Verizon software

An image of the BlackBerry Bold 9930 with a Verizon boot screen has now shown up thanks to N4BB. The smartphone will sport BlackBerry 7 and is among RIM's flagship devices. Exactly when the handset will arrive at the carrier remains a mystery, however, as it has previously only been identified as coming to AT&T and Sprint.

The phone uses a stainless steel frame and is just 10.5mm thick. It pairs a touchscreen with a hardware QWERTY keyboard and there is a 1.2GHz CPU onboard paired with a modern graphics core. The faster video helps with new, fluid graphics found throughout the interface.

There is also a built-in NFC sensor and the five-megapixel camera can capture 720p videos.
