Adds video chat for 'most' Android 2.2 devices
Skype has announced the release of version 2.1 of its app for Android (Android Market), which now includes two-way video calling on many Android phones and tablets. The announcement included a list of 17 Android devices that the company has certified as fully functional, in addition to the four phones that were certified when the mobile video chat function was introduced. Skype claims the app should work on a majority of other phones and tablets running Android 2.2, but using a front-facing camera will require at least Android 2.3.
Skype says that if the video settings panel will not open at all, your device does not support video calling. The company also warned that call quality may not be as good on an uncertified device.
In addition, Skype 2.1 for Android includes several bug fixes and performance enhancements.

It's actually 21 devices
When Skype for Android launched, it supported video conferencing on 5 devices. This new released adds an additional 17 devices. 5 + 17 = 21 devices.
