Delkin CF cards can withstand extreme temps

Delkin has released the first extreme temperature, high performance CF cards that can operate perfectly in temperature ranges of -40 degrees to 85 degrees Celsius (-40 degrees to 185 degrees Fahrenheit). The cards are available in 32GB and 64GB capacities and use single-level cell (SLC) NAND flash. Other than the resistance to temperature extremes, the cards are otherwise rugged and still fast with 105MBps peak read speeds and 95MBps writes.

The cards are meant for industrial-grade tasks and are up to ten times more durable than multi-level cell (MLC) flash cards with over two million write/erase cycles. While the cards are now available, prices aren't being released to the general public.
