ThinkCentre M71z gets optional SSD, touchscreen
Lenovo on Tuesday introduced a new all-in-one desktop for schools, businesses and governments. Called the ThinkCentre M71z, it boots up in as little as 15 seconds thanks to an optional 160GB SSD. The 20-inch display can be equipped with a touchscreen, and it is also offered with Intel's second-generation Core processors as well as up to a 1TB conventional hard drive.
Standard kit includes a DVD burner, six USB ports, a chassis intrusion switch, and DisplayPort output for adding a second display. Wi-Fi is optional, as is a two-megapixel camera for video calls. The M71z can be mounted on a wall thanks to a built-in VESA mount.
The ThinkCentre M71z ships in October with prices starting at $599.
