Quietly releases 3.1.3 update

Google has quietly released an update to its Android Market store interface (APK download at Mediafire). Key features of the new version include improved security through the option of requiring a PIN code to make a purchase and a +1 option to recommend an app both in Google searches and in Google+.

Google aggressively has been enhancing the scope of the Android Market. It currently has over 200,000 apps available for download. Last month, the company hinted that it might be adding music downloads to its offerings. [via Droid-Life]
