HTC Vigor spotted in real photos

The elusive HTC Vigor has been seen for the first time in a sighting that still leaves some questions. The Android phone supports at least some of the claims, including the 4.3-inch display and its Verizon destination through the red camera ring. That signature trait led Droid-Life to sugget it might become another Droid model, possibly the long-talked about Droid Incredible HD.

Without the smartphone having been powered on, its performance claims couldn't be verified. It may be HTC's first phone with a 720p (1280x720) display and could also be its fastest with a dual-core 1.5GHz Snapdragon. Further tips have it being the first Beats phone through better internal audio processing.

One of the more important questions, whether it will support 4G, also isn't known. Even with high-end features, the battery life may be enough to preclude the LTE would need.

A release could come as soon as October 6. Pricing could well be high on the Vigor if it's 4G and would most likely hit $250 or $300 on contract.
