New smartphones coming out September 9

Sprint's latest Playbook issue has been released, highlighting its upcoming devices, policy changes, and its new rewards program. Nestled within the pages were revelation of some firm dates for when its new phones will be available. The carrier's latest Kyocera phones, the Brio and Milano, will begin shipping September 9, Android Central saw.

The Milano is a slider. It comes with a Swype-capable keyboard and features a three-inch touchscreen, an 800MHz processor, a 3.2-megapixel camera and stereo Bluetooth. It will ship with Android 2.3 and is likely to be one of the carrier's cheaper smartphones.

The Brio is a basic phone. It offers a QWERTY keyboard and a 192MHz processor running Java.

The Milano is priced at $50 with a contract. The Brio is free with contract. Other mentions in the leak were mostly of already known data or speculation, such as early termination fee rate hikes and unofficial beliefs that the HTC Holiday might ship to AT&T in September.
