NX200, interchangeable lens and 20.3-megapixels

Samsung has debuted the NX200 interchangeable lens camera. The device is also notable for its 20.3-megapixel APS-C CMOS sensor and a wide range ISO of 100-12800 covering seven stops. It is capable of shooting in a continuous mode at up to 7fps with a 100ms auto focus function. In video mode, the camera can shoot 1080p/30p.

Like the point and shoot cameras announced today, the device incorporates a range of onboard photo editing functions. Users can access effects instantly from the iFunction lens, as well as add one of up to thirteen frame effects to their shot. A sound snippet can also be recorded with still photos, adding an additional dimension to the image.

On the rear of the NX200, users can utilize a multi-touch 3-inch display to navigate the device and carry out on-board editing.

The Samsung NX200 is expected to retail for $900 with an 18mm-55mm zoon lens and on-camera flash included to sweeten the deal.
