Rhyme paired with ADR6330VW model number
An alleged pricing schedule for upcoming Verizon offerings has surfaced, providing insight into launch plans for several devices including the Motorola Xoom LTE and HTC's Rhyme handset. The minimum advertised price (MAP) list, which was posted by Droid-Life, suggests the LTE-equipped tablets may arrive as early as September 8 for $499 with a two-year contract.
If the Xoom information is correct, the tablets with LTE radios preinstalled may arrive on the market before Motorola has finished outfitting the first run of tablets that were sold to customers with a promise of future upgrades at no charge. The company was reportedly limiting the first upgrades to businesses and government customers.
The leaked document also sheds light on the unannounced Rhyme handset, which appears to be paired with the model number ADR6330. Further details remain unclear, however the $199 price tag suggests the smartphone will offer a midrange feature set.
