Keeps graphics, CPU on one chip

AMD has added two entry-level A-series desktop processors to its Fusion line, the A4-3300 and A4-3400. Both are what AMD terms an APU, combining 160 Radeon graphics cores and two x86 CPUs on a single chip. The A4-3300 CPU cores run at 2.5GHz, with the GPU at 444MHz. The A4-3400 CPUs are clocked at 2.7GHz, with the GPU at 600MHz. Both APUs contain 1MB of L2 cache and consume 65W (TDP).

The A4-3300 and A4-3400 use the FM1 motherboard.

The AMD A4-3300 and A4-3400 are available for purchase now. Suggested retail price is $70 for the A4-3300 and $75 for the A4-3400.
