LG Optimus Note images surface in South Korea

The LG Optimus Note smartphone that's due at Sprint in North America has just showed up in South Korea. Thanks to China's Juggly, a leaked press shot of the device has shown up, along with specs. They include a 1.2GHz Tegra 2, LG's familiar four-inch, 800x480 Nova display, and Android 2.3.

A five-megapixel camera sits out back alongside with an LED flash, while a front VGA camera handles video chats. The phone has a Wi-Fi Direct feature for sharing, and Bluetooth is likely inside as well. The handset is 12.3mm thick but integrates a hardware QWERTY keyboard that slides out from behind the screen.

A Sprint version of the handset is expected to come out sometime in September. [via Engadget]
