iPhone 5 gets corroborating screen protector
Beliefs that the iPhone 5 might get a larger screen and home button were given possible support Thursday after a screen protector billed for the new phone surfaced in Hong Kong. The design seen by Unwire supports notions of a wider frame and a larger display but also a wider home button. The top frame for the speaker and front camera appears narrower and thus that Apple has been pushing the limits of the design to get as large a screen as possible.
The screen protector is virtually the only one so far to have clear differences. However, it comes while the iPhone 5 is in production and may be based on real production designs rather than the guesses and possible prototypes of the earliest iPhone cases. Many of the more recent cases don't cover any of the front and have often just used a stretched iPhone 4 picture as a placeholder.
Apple is rumored to be going to as large as a four-inch screen in what's an admission that smartphone screen sizes are getting larger across the board. As the iPhone 4 was narrower than the 3GS it replaced, the new size wouldn't necessarily be less compact than Apple's largest iPhone in the past but would make much more use of the available space for the screen.
Conflicting claims have existed as to whether Apple will have a genuinely new iPhone or if it will just implement a conservative revision of the iPhone 4. One current possibility is a genuninely new iPhone 5 but also an iPhone 4 that has still had significant alterations inside. [via MacRumors]

Home button
And that wide home button resembles the Galaxy S II design, so Samsung will sue for sure :)
