Verizon's first budget LTE handset

Pantech's Breakout handset appears to have arrived at some Verizon locations ahead of the rumored launch date. Imaged posted by Droid-Life show one of the upcoming devices in the wild, complete with a Verizon badge. The Pantech offering is said to offer a single-core 1GHz processor, which runs Android 2.3 with Pantech's own UI overlay. Other features are expected to include a four-inch 480x800 display, dual cameras, DLNA connectivity, and Wi-Fi hotspot functionality.

The Breakout is expected to launch on September 22, however pricing detailas have yet to be confirmed.
