HTC Radar 4G set for T-Mobile US

The HTC Radar 4G Windows Phone 7.5 has been spotted in the wild carrying T-Mobile US branding. The photos supplied to Tmo News show a boot screen revealing a T-Mobile version of the Windows Phone 7.5 (Mango) OS, as well as T-Mobile’s TV mobile TV app. Although officially announced by HTC, the device has not been given a US launch date.

In addition to being one of the first smartphones equipped with Windows Phone 7.5 (Mango), the HTC Radar sports a 3.8-inch SLCD display and is powered by a 1GHz second-generation Snapdragon processor. It is equipped with 8GB of onboard storage, incorporates a five-megapixel rear camera and a VGA front-facing camera.

Its specifications appear to suggest that it will form an entry-level option for HTCs Windows Phone 7.5 (Mango) as a mid-priced, mid-specified device. The HTC Windows Phone 7.5 (Mango) device is expected to the be the Titan.
