Huawei Honor official pictures, specs show up

The Huawei Honor smartphone leaked nearly a month ago has now received some official photos and specs from its Chinese maker. The Android 2.3.5-powered smartphone will get a four-inch touchscreen and a single-core, 1.4GHz Snapdragon processor. A rather unique feature includes its high-capacity, 1,930mAh battery that is said to last as long as three days.

Otherwise, the handset has an eight-megapixel camera that can record 720p video, while a two-megapixel camera sits out front. Unlike originally reported, the body will be 10.9mm thick (0.43in) rather than 9.9.

Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.1, 512MB of RAM and 4GB of built-in storage with microSDHC expansion are likewise present.

While prices haven't been revealed, the device isn't due for a US release yet. It will arrive in China, Russia and the Middle East before year's end. [via PhoneArena]
