HTC Radar 4G confirmed for T-Mobile this fall

T-Mobile's US branch confirmed its version of the HTC Radar. Here called the Radar 4G, it will be T-Mobile's only Windows Phone 7.5 (Mango) phone known so far. Apart from running at 14.4Mbps on the network, its core difference will be the addition of T-Mobile's preferred apps, including T-Mobile TV streaming and Slacker Radio.

The Radar 4G will share the 3.8-inch, 480x800 screen of the international version along with its second-generation 1GHz Snapdragon chip. It carries both a five-megapixel back camera and a VGA camera. About 8GB of built-in storage provides space both for apps and media.

T-Mobile will only say that its version of the Windows Phone hardware will be available "in time for the holidays."
