Update brings multitasking, IE9, HTML5, Twitter
Instructions for installing a software update have been posted to the support page for the HTC Arrive on the Sprint website. Although it is not referred to by name, the timing and list of features indicate that this is the widely-anticipated Mango update for Windows Phone 7 devices. Features listed on the support page that point to Mango include multitasking, an IE9-based web engine with HTML5 support, and Twitter integration.
Sprint's release is actually ahead of the official Windows Phone update page, which only says the release is scheduled for "less than 10 days."
The update requires connecting the Arrive to a PC running the Zune client.

Let's say a WP7 owners want to know how to upgrade his phone firmware will be real confuse by all those Microsoft pages that say absolutely nothing useful beside giving prediction on when but nothing on how. Those pages are only there to serve Microsoft who will redirect to it any WP7 owner who need support. It's outstanding to see how many corp want to sales product without any direct customer support. Microsoft, HTC and Samsung are kings of this hill.
