Would mirror current iPad options
The next-generation iPhone -- model N94 -- will come in three different capacities, a report states. Although only two versions of the device were mentioned in a related claim, it's now thought that Apple may have 16, 32 and 64GB iPhones. The conjecture is based on word from manufacturing sources that Apple has at a minimum been prototyping 64GB hardware.
8GB is likely being reserved for a tweaked iPhone 4, identified as model N90A instead of the current N90. What the N94's final name will be is still in the air, since while some evidence has pointed to it being the iPhone 4S, it could also be iPhone 5, especially since supposed iPhone 5 cases have shown up in AT&T stores. Apple may even be planning to release a 4S and a 5 simultaneously, although recent reports have favored the existence of just one new iPhone design.

about time... if true
16gb iPhone, barely enough to hold multiple apps plus a decent selection of music. I swore my next iPhone would be at least 32gb but a memory upgrade is certainly in order (from 8-16-32 to 16-32-64).
