Android Slider carries $300 price tag

The new Samsung Transform Ultra has arrived at Boost Mobile. The slider handset had been previously announced by the prepaid carrier last month. The phone will serve as the flagship for Boost's Android phone lineup.

The Android 2.3 smartphone has a relatively large 3.8-inch screen, a 1GHz single-core processor, a full QWERTY keypad, a three-megapixel rear-facing camera, and and VGA front-facing camera.

The Transform Ultra is priced at $230. Boost requires a subscription to either its $55 Android Monthly Unlimited or $2 Daily Unlimited plans. [via Android Central]
