Jobs said to have called Daily Show several times
Sibling TV news parodies The Daily Show and The Colbert Report both aired short segments in memory of Steve Jobs on Thursday night. On The Daily Show, host Jon Stewart remarked that Jobs would sometimes call the show in reaction to segments, whether he liked or hated them. Jobs was "charming and generous with his time," according to Stewart. The former Apple CEO was compared with Henry Ford and Thomas Edison, and Stewart made brief jokes about Jobs disappearing too soon.
On The Colbert Report, Stephen Colbert described Jobs as a "visionary," but spent much of the segment looking at a recurring gag of always demanding the latest Apple gear and getting it for free. The finale had Colbert making an emotional late reply to a 2010 Jobs email, which at the time thanked Colbert for showing off the iPad during the 52nd Grammy Awards.

Please do not link to hulu
Have some thought for non-US readers please and don't link to Hulu. I don't understand why I cannot watch even short clips of the show from Canada. Lame. I pay for HD TV service through Telus and I can watch that show on either Canadian or US stations.
