AT&T Toggle users can access corporate e-mails

AT&T just revealed it will bring a new app to Android smartphones and tablets called Toggle that will switch the devices to a work mode from a personal mode and back. It should arrive before year's end, and separate personal content and secure business data. The work mode will allow access to corporate e-mail, apps, calendars and more, just like they would on a company-provided device.

The work mode will let IT administrators manage which employees have access to which resources, add, manage, or delete business apps on personal devices, and wipe corporate data stored in the work mode in the device if the employee leaves the company or loses the device.

The app will be compatible with devices from any provider and hardware manufacturer running on Android 2.2 or newer.

Prices if any haven't revealed, with company reps in charge of employee-issued handsets urged to contact AT&T for details.
