T-Mobile posts new Monthly4G plans
T-Mobile has announced a new product range that it calls Monthly4G plans. The new plans are designed to allow users to step up to data by adding a Monthly4G plan when users are on existing no annual contract service arrangements. For $60 per month, users will receive unlimited talk, texting and the Internet with the first 2GB of data served up at 4G speeds before it is shaped.
In addition, T-Mobile is now also offering a range of Pay by the Day plans as well. The new service allows users to only pay for the days when customers actually use their plans. Among the options are $3 per day for unlimited talk, text and Internet, with the first 200MB of data at 4G speeds. $2 per day will get users unlimited talk, text and Internet at 2G speeds. A $1 per day deal is on the table too, which offers users unlimited text and 10 cents per minute for calls.
T-Mobile also announced a new plan that is exclusively available from Walmart beginning October 16. For $30 per month, users can purchase a no-annual contract plan that delivers unlimited Internet with the first 5GB at up to 4G speeds, unlimited text and 100 minutes of talk. [via Phonescoop]
