Lumia 800 sample photos leaked on the web

Some photos reportedly taken by the upcoming Nokia Lumia 800 smartphone were unearthed on the web by The Nokia Blog this weekend. Apart from one shared photo, there is also EXIF information, revealing some specs about the handset's camera and its capabilities. Its biggest clue is a lens aperture of f2.2, the same as that of the camera found on the Nokia N9.

The pyramid photo is said to have uploaded through Twitter, while the EXIF information came courtesy of Flickr. It's labeled Nokia Lumia 800 and confirms that Windows Phone 7.5 is the phone's OS. The camera is likely to be shared by the N9, so it's expected to have an eight-megapixel sensor. It should look largely the same too, but add a dedicated camera button common to Windows Phone hardware.

The handset should make its official debut at Nokia World, which kicks off early Wednesday.
